For Candidates:

 

·       If he / she is interested to apply for job they have to registered with iSmartsLabconsultancy portal by paying Rs.50 towards nonrefundable registration fee. Job Portal will be inactive once the candidate employed in any firm.

·       If a candidate is selected for a job through iSmartslabconsultancy , he/she will be solely the employee of the concerning organization and iSmartslabconsultancy  will be not responsible for any legal/dispute or any other matter between the candidate and the organization.

 

Confidentiality

 

·       All correspondence forwarded by iSmartslabconsultancy to the Client and relating to any and all Candidates shall be considered to be strictly private and confidential between the parties involved and cannot be forwarded to any other party unless formal written permission is given, in advance, by iSmartslabconsultancy.

·       Should these conditions be breached by the Client the iSmartslabconsultancy reserves the right to terminate the contract with the firm/Client.
